Last year, Bevo was banned from Kyle Field in College Station. This year, The University of Texas at Austin is firing back.

So happy the Thanksgiving weekend tradition is back of Aggies and Longhorns. However since the tradition re-started back in 2024, something is a little different. The respective home teams have decided to ban the rivals live mascot. Last year, Bevo was not allowed on Kyle Field like he had been in year's past. Now the Longhorns are firing back this year as the home team, Reveille is banned.

Houston Chronicle reporter, Brian Davis says he has confirmed with source at The University of Texas that the Texas A&M dog mascot will not be on the sidelines Friday night for the game.

Live mascots are one of the things that makes college football great. Now that each mascot has been banned from each field. The SEC should step in and say that both mascots will be allowed on the respective fields next year.

Brian also confirmed the historic Clydesdales will be doing a parade around 3:30 with Bevo. For any fans going to Austin this Friday for the game. This will be happening at the south entrance of Bevo Blvd. on San Jacinto Friday afternoon.

Kickoff is set for 6:30 this Friday and Texas A&M is undefeated for the first time since 1992. They would defeat Texas in their final regular season game that year, but would lose in the Cotton Bowl Classic to Notre Dame 28-3.

Every Dallas Cowboys Thanksgiving MVP So Far

My favorite annual Thanksgiving tradition is coming up and that would be the Dallas Cowboys game. Back in the day, we all remember John Madden calling the game and giving out the 'turkey leg' award. The award has changed names a few times, but this is all about who had the greatest impact on Thanksgiving Day with a star on their helmet.
