A clip showing the difference between the highways in Kansas and Oklahoma is getting quite a bit of attention online.

While I’ve never been to Kansas, I’ve been to Oklahoma many times. And it’s impossible not to notice just how much better the roads are here in Texas.

It’s always puzzled me because the stretch of I-44 here in the Lone Star State isn’t a toll road, unlike the stretch in Oklahoma. I feel like if I’m expected to pay to drive on a highway it better be top notch.

But I will say this – the stretch of I-44 when you cross into Oklahoma is way better than the stretch of I-35 when crossing into the Sooner State from Kansas. It’s insane how rough the road is the second you cross the state line.

I realize we’re talking about an interstate and much of the funding for it comes from the federal government. But still, somebody needs to pick up the phone and ask for a little help.

The one good thing about it is that many of the comments on the video are pure internet gold...especially the ones by Oklahomans

Oklahoma spends quite a bit of time talking about why we don't like everywhere else. Like Sooner fans and people in Southern OK talk trash on Texas, Northern OK hates Kansas, Eastern OK isn't fond of Arkansas, etc... but what about our own state?

I ran across a dead thread online where people were talking in detail trying to rank the worst cities in the state. Here's the list from least-worse to absolute-worst as voted by your fellow Oklahomies.
