The first ever Halloween house decorating contest is over in Wichita Falls and the Parks and Recreation Department announced the winners.

Hopefully this becomes an annual tradition in Wichita Falls, but a few weeks ago a contest was announced for the best houses in town decked out for Halloween. Winners would receive a gift basket for winning the contest. Judges would pick one winner out of all those that applied and we the people would vote on the other winner. Here's who won.

Judge's Winner Deliese Nusser (4608 University Drive)

If you love skeletons, this is the house for you. Several different scenarios for our boney friends here. Mr personal favorite is the fishing scene above.

Tomorrow night trick or treating, kids will have to walk through all of this to get their candy. Congratulations to both winners and the city also shared all the other houses that entered if you want to go check them out.
