It’s inevitable that some folks will trash the rankings once we put the post out on social media. But the fact of the matter is that most of those people don’t take the time to actually read the article. Because if they did, they wouldn’t make comments like “who decided these rankings?”

Why I Don’t Rank the Restaurants Myself

Anyway, it would be impossible for me to rank all the restaurants around town, because frankly, I haven’t come anywhere near trying them all. I’m a total creature of habit who tends to frequent the restaurants I’m a fan of.

That said, doing this list every month has given me plenty of ideas for places I need to try. The way I see it is that if a restaurant is consistently ranked among the top 20 on Yelp, I probably need to hit them up. The interesting thing about the list, though, is that it typically changes quite a bit from month to month.
