Kristen Bell, we love you. You came to the rescue and made Hurricane Irma victims' Frozen dreams come true; you and hubby Dax Shepard are the definition of #RelationshipGoals, and you are hilarious.

On a new episode of Netflix's The Joel McHale Show, the Frozen actress didn't act very princess-like when she discussed her three-year-old daughter's recent ailment: anal worms, also known as pinworms. “I’m not here to talk about pinworms, but I will,” she said. "Fifty percent of people over 15 don’t experience symptoms, which is the itch. Your kids get them because they put their hands in their mouth and they lay eggs.”

Apparently, little Delta's preschool had a "case" of the parasites, which Bell found out after inquiring why the school's carpets had been removed. She immediately went to Google, where she learned the worms are extremely contagious and described some preventative "chalky nonsense" the rest of the family had to take shots of from the drug store.

Bell wasn’t lucky enough to avoid the worms, but Shepard and their daughter Lincoln went unscathed. The most cringeworthy part of the story? Bell describing wiping her daughter and finding a little white worm. “I know, she’s really gross — my daughter, not the worm. The worm was gross too,” she said.
