Earlier today on "The Today Show", Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar announced that they are expecting their 20th child.  And yes, that means TLC will have to change the name of their reality series, "19 Kids and Counting".  The 45-year-old Michelle is three and a half months pregnant and counldn't be happier,

"I was not thinking that God would give us another one, and we are just so grateful."

The reason the Duggars didn't expect another child was due to the problems they had with their last pregnancy.  During the pregnancy, Michelle suffered from gall-bladder problems and preeclampsia.  To protect the child, doctors delivered the baby three and a half months premature.  Josie Duggar was only 1 pound 6 ounces at birth, but has overcome all premature birth related problems.  Josie will be turning 2-years-old next month.

Most of the children did not believe Jim Bob when he broke the news to the family.  He gathered the entire family on the staircase (must be a huge staircase) for a family picture.  Just as the camera was set to go off, Jim Bob told the family,

"Smile -- Mom's going to have another baby!"

The Duggars have 19 children, aged 23 years to 23 months, all of whom have "J" names; Joshua, Jana, John-David, Jill, Jessa, Jinger, Joseph, Josiah, Joy-Anna, Jedidiah, Jeremiah, Jason, James, Justin, Jackson, Johannah, Jennifer, Jordyn-Grace, Josie.  With the inclusion of their 20th child, the Duggars will also have a child younger than their grandchildren.
