Panic! at the Disco Fans Will Now Be Kicked Out of Shows for Trying to Kiss + Lick Brendon Urie
Warning over-affectionate Panic! at the Disco fans, Brendon Urie is not having it. Panic! at the Disco's road manager Zack Hall revealed last week that the group may take action to have certain fans removed during Urie's traditional "death walk" if a certain behavior continues, and Urie himself also weighed in on the reasoning why.
It seems that during Panic's shows, when Urie makes his way into the audience for the song "Death of a Bachelor," there have been fans that have attempted to either kiss or worse yet lick the singer.
"I'm done with this crap of kissing Brendon during the 'death walk,'" stated Hall on Twitter. "If I see it, you will be kicked out of the show right away. The end."
Urie then followed with more discussion about the "death walk" during a Twitch livestream. He explained, "I went in for a hug and a girl like, kissed my neck. And it was... yikes dude, the neck kiss is so intimate too, which is an extra 'fuck you' to me, you know what I mean?" He then made it clear: "Please stop kissing me on the death walk."
Panic! at the Disco are currently in the midst of a tour supporting their Pray for the Wicked album. Two Feet and Betty Who are joining them for the current run and dates can be found here. But Panic fans, if you still want the up close and personal experience with Urie at shows, please, no macking on the rock star!
