Rebecca Beale of Graham, Texas Takes Home the Dough in ‘Kids Baking Championship’

Huge congratulations to 13-year-old Rebecca Beale from Graham, Texas as she has just been crowned the season 2 winner of Food Network's Kids Baking Championship!

Over the past eight weeks, Rebecca and 9 other bakers (ranging from age 10-13) have been showcasing their baking skills with weekly challenges for a chance to take home the $25,000 grand prize.

The finale, a spring break-themed cake challenge, aired Monday night and Rebecca's impressive three-layer beach-themed chiffon cake, complete with a surfboard, shark fins and a 3D sun on top, proved worthy of the win.

The other two contestants competing with Rebecca tonight were 10-year-old Matthew from Great Falls, Virginia who made an amusement-park-themed cake, and 12-year-old Yahshimabet from Oakland, California who made a camping-themed cake.

"I had so much doubt in myself that I wasn't going to do this," Rebecca said after she won, "and then I did."
