With over half a million copies sold and a pair of hit singles on the charts in its first month of release, Rihanna‘s ‘Talk That Talk’ can safely be counted as another success in her rapidly growing list of impressive career achievements. Unfortunately, it has arrived alongside a cloud of controversy that she’s finding it tough to shake.

Dogged by reports of uneven performances and rumors of health problems on her latest tour, she’s also had to fend off allegations that her videos for ‘S&M‘ and ‘You Da One‘ contain plagiarized images. Now, she can add yet another accusation to the list.

As reported by a number of sites, Bryan Derballa at Lovebryan has noticed a striking number of similarities between Rihanna’s ‘We Found Love’ video and the work (as well as the overall aesthetic) of photographer Sandy Kim.

But don’t take anyone else’s word for it — have a look at part of the side-by-side comparison chart below (and then take a look at the full image over here). What do you think? Is Rihanna hiring the wrong directors for her videos, or is this all just a case of people going after someone who’s successful?
