Why do tattoo shops give specials on Friday the 13th? Why in the hell not I say. I'm never turning down a deal. All around the country tattoo shops are offering discounts today and right here in Wichita Falls a few are getting in on the fun. I took the liberty of scrolling through all our local tattoo shops Facebook pages.
