Wichita Falls Police Release Photo of Man Wanted in Connection With Vehicle Burglary

Can you identify this man? 

Earlier today (September 25), the Wichita Falls Police Department released the photo of a man wanted in reference to the burglary of a vehicle. It’s not clear as of this posting when or where the burglary occurred.
