Fun in the Falls: Wichita Falls Weekend Update Halloween Edition
It's the beginning of another fantastic Halloween Weekend in the falls and just because the big day falls on a Monday doesn't mean we can't turn this into a 4 day holiday. Here are the biggest events going on in Wichita Falls the weekend of Oct 28-31st
Two student groups at MSU are hosting two events celebrating culture at Midwestern State university. Diwali the Indian festival of lights begins at 6pm in the Comanche Student center and features art music and dance from the Indian Student Association. Then at 8pm the African Student Association have a live event of music and theater both events are free and open to the public Diwali will include food for $8 per person. Proceeds benefit these hard working students
Saturday: Phi Sig Presents Hallowbash
Taken from the groups Facebook- “Ladies and gentlemen the biggest party in the Falls is back and has paired with Texoma's number one night club Denim and Diamonds for what looks to be one hell of an evening. Tickets will be purchased at the door $6 if you are 21 or older and $10 for anyone under 21. Saturday: Football for a Good Cause at the Crescent Classic
Watch these girls and guys get dirty to support Wichita Falls Very own Campfire Kids Charity the event will donate all the proceeds to this group that provides kids with safe fun alternative s after school. Teams are filled but you can watch and donate Saturday on the MSU practice fields at 10am
Monday: It’s Halloween!
Free cover until 9pm and a costume contest at Denim and Diamonds the most fun you can have with your boots on with a 300 cash prize and Dollar drinks!
