What happens is when the Hitmen score their first goal everyone in attendance tosses teddy bears on the ice, they are then collected. All of the teddy bears that are collected are then given to charities to give out for the Holidays.

Paul Baxter will be the new Wichita Falls Wildcats head coach, general manager of hockey operations, and partner effective May 1.
Baxter is coming in as the head coach of the Wenatchee Wild.
Baxter is a thirteen-year veteran of professional hockey, having played in the NHL including the Pittsburgh Penguins and Calgary Flames.
