Hey Texans! I know, it seems like a long way off before the 2024 State Fair of Texas starts in September, but if you plan on competing for one of those Blue Ribbons, now is the time to commit and start planning your art project or baking item. And to do that, you need to know what the rules and guidelines are, right?

Whether it is a lack of knowledge, a lack of care, or someone has simply forgotten the ways of the road, we are all fed up with hazardous drivers.

These are the rules I have followed my entire life for Halloween and it is a shame some of you don't follow them.
