The Wendy’s at 3601 Kemp Boulevard is in the midst of a remodel, and many are wondering what it will look like when the crews finish up with their construction. With the drive-thru window currently open, the dining area of the restaurant is undergoing changes and it sounds like you can expect a more current and relaxed atmosphere than what you’ve seen in the past.

Customers will see changes to both the interior and exterior of the building, with an updated look and more curb appeal. The photo above depicts what you can expect the exterior to look like. Richard Benefiel, a representative for Wendy’s, says this is what you’ll experience on the inside:

  • Welcome sign inside the front door
  • Open, bright dining room
  • Comfortable seating in three areas: booths and tables, lounge seating with leather chairs
  • WiFi
  • A new ordering process
  • TV and fireplace
  • Redhead Roasters coffee

The restaurant isn’t stopping there. You’ll also see a new logo, menu boards, packaging, and crew uniforms. You’ll get a chance to see it all for yourself when Wendy’s has their official ribbon cutting ceremony at 11:00am on February 14.
