Comedic genius Will Ferrell appeared in character as Ron Burgundy on tonight's episode of "Conan" on TBS with a big announcement.

Conan is ugly and needs plastic surgery.

Yes, he did say that.  "Ron Burgundy" came out playing the flute (well, faking it) at the end of Conan's opening monologue.  During some back-and-forth banter, Burgundy told Conan that he's a great broadcaster, but he needs to do something about his face, suggesting Conan go to a plastic surgeon, point to his head and say "This is a page one rewrite."

Of course that wasn't the major news.  Ferrell appeared on "Conan" to officially announce that he and Paramount Pictures have reached a deal to film a sequel to the 2004 hit film "Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy".  According to reports, Director Adam McKay will be returning to direct (seems like Ferrell can't do a movie without McKay), McKay and Ferrell will write the film together, and there will not be a "2" in the title.  Co-stars Paul Rudd and Steve Carell are also rumored to return for the sequel.
