97-Year-Old Man Kicked Out of Retirement Home For Playing Music [VIDEO]

A 97-year-old man was reportedly evicted from his retirement home because of his love for playing music. According to KPIX 5 in San Francisco, Jim Ferrell said that the people at Redwood Retirement in Napa continually suppressed his talents. He says it's because he played too much music.

The situation reached it's boiling point last week when management kicked him out. Ferrell ended up spending 3 days homeless before an anonymous donor stepped in to help. With their generous support, Ferrell was able to move into Piner’s Nursing Home in Napa on Friday. Friends are currently soliciting donations to help keep him at the new home.

Ferrell, born May 26, 1917, seems to be pretty content in his new home. He's already entertaining the staff and residents with his music!
