I know I could not make a half court shot standing up, let alone right after a flip.

This 21-year-old cheerleader at William Carey University in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, performed the shot Thursday night during halftime of a men's game. She set the ball on the half-court line, then took a running start to grab the ball during a front flip and launch it into the net without touching the rim.

She nailed it on her fifth attempt. She has been practicing doing it this whole season and on the final home game of the year she nailed it. Now if only I could master one of these tasks. Doing a flip or making a half court shot. I think there is a better chance of the half court shot.
