If you get on social media around dinner you see it. Someone posting the food they eat and it is starting to get annoying. According to a doctor you may have a problem.

If you're on Instagram, you know it's mostly fancy photos of what your friends are eating.  Well, bad news for all of them. According to Dr. Valerie Taylor, an obesity expert from the University of Toronto, people who post pictures of every meal on social media may actually all have eating disorders.

Taylor says people who take photos of their food are subconsciously showing just how much food rules their lives."You don't take pictures of who you're with, you take pictures of what you're eating.  For some people who have predisposition for weight behaviors, it just goes that one step further, and they start to develop unhealthy weight disorders."

She also says that regularly posting photos of your food can make you gravitate toward less and less healthy meals. She goes onto say you're not thinking about nutritional value with the photos you post. So people stop posting every meal on the internet or I will think you have an eating disorder.
