After what felt like the longest pregnancy ever, Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon celebrated their three-year wedding anniversary Saturday afternoon with the birth of twins, one boy and one girl.

According to PopCrush, Carey gave birth at 12:07PM ET at an undisclosed hospital in Los Angeles. The baby girl was born first, weighing 5 lbs., 8 oz. and measured 18 inches long. The son weighed 5 lbs., 6 oz. at 19 inches.

No word yet on baby names, though the singer's publicist said the couple listened to Carey's number-one single, 'We Belong Together,' after the birth.

Earlier today, Cannon Tweeted, "I'm in the happiest place I've ever been in my life. I never had more amazing things happening. I am humbled by God's Favor!!"
