Vanilla Ice Arrested For Burglary + Grand Theft

Vanilla Ice was arrested today (Feb 18) in Lantana, Florida and charged with burglary and grand theft.

The rapper turned television host was allegedly involved in a burglary of a vacant home that took place a few weeks ago near the location where he films his home renovation reality TV show 'The Vanilla Ice Project.' Items stolen include furniture, a pool heater, bicycles and other property.

According to Lantana police the vacant house was adjacent to a home Ice and his crew were renovating for his TV show. After obtaining a warrant to search the home Ice was renovating, police discovered several of the missing items inside.

The stolen goods have since been returned to the owner and authorities took Ice into custody after determining he "played a role' in the crime.
