I thought we were done with this whole twerking nonsense, but apparently not. So, here's one more reason why twerking can be bad for your health.

We all love a little twerking when it's dished out in moderation, but some people just don't understand that there is a right and a wrong time for twerking.

The wrong time to be showing off those twerking muscles would be when you're stuck halfway out of a moving car, which exactly what the woman in this video did.

I think we can all agree she got what she deserved for trying to show off like that.
