Woman Loses Insane Sexual Discrimination Case Against Her Boss

Bad news, gorgeous people.  If you're so hot that your boss can't help but want to have nasty, taboo relations with you it's legal for them to fire you.  At least in Iowa.

On Friday, the Iowa Supreme Court ruled on a case where a 53-year-old dentist in Fort Dodge, Iowa named James Knight fired his attractive female assistant, 33-year-old Melissa Nelson. James says he fired Melissa because he was worried he might try to cheat on his wife with her.  He said he had a, "irresistible attraction" to her.

So she sued him for sex discrimination. The Iowa Supreme Court ruled that it wasn't and that it was legal for James to fire her.  They said the firing wasn't sex discrimination since his decision was based on feelings, not gender. Every member of the Iowa Supreme Court is male.

Melissa's attorney said the court's decision was a horrible blow to gender equality. "Now men can protect themselves from sexual harassment claims simply by firing women they've been harassing."
