No....Just, No! Nobody ever thought, "I sure wish Honey Boo Boo would go into music." Never once! Yet for some reason, it's happened, and the song is now available on iTunes and has a dance to accompany it. The song is called 'Movin' Up' and you can watch the video above, but I don't recommend it.

Alana Thompson, aka Honey Boo Boo, isn't the first reality TV star to move into the music world. At least when others have done it (Paris Hilton) they at least tried to make the music sound like something you might hear on the radio. This is just a child yelling into a microphone without any attempt to sing on key.

They got "viral video artist" Adam Barta to write and help produce the song. This just goes to prove that for the right amount of money, a "viral video artist" will do anything. Seriously, are you going to tell me that this guy said, "I want my artistic legacy to be making people do the Honey Boo Boo Bop"?  No way. No freaking way!

Oh, yeah, let's not forget about that part of this train wreck. The Honey Boo Boo Bop is, I guess, supposed to be a dance that goes along with the song. The problem is, while most dances have specific moves like whipping and nae naeing (whatever that means) this just seems to be doing whatever you feel like doing involving shaking back and forth and moving your arms around.

I guess you can't expect much better moves out of Mama June and Sugar Bear, but I personally expect more out of something if you are trying to actually get other people to do it.

You can watch the video for the song above, if you want to. I'll warn you though, it's really really terrible. You can buy it on iTunes, but I don't know why anyone would spend money on this. You can do the Honey Boo Boo Bop if you feel like it, I guess you just kind of make it up as you go along.
