Girl Flips Off Judge While Getting Sentenced [VIDEO]

Four people you don't want to mess with. The people that handle your food, cut your hair, or do your tattoos. The fourth is a judge. Apparently this girl forgot about that last one.

This is Penelope Soto on her court date. She is being charged with having possession of Xanax. Well she seemed like she was on Xanax throughout her court proceeding. She is smiling a little bit to much for being in jail.

Well the judge hands out his sentence of $10,000 dollar fine. Penelope is in shock by this,appears to then cuss, storm off and flip off the judge. Well after that Penelope earned herself an extra 30 days in jail. Good job Penelope you rank up there on our list of Stupid Criminals.
