Texas Native Loses 140 Pounds on Chick-Fil-A Diet
Holy crap, that diet actually works?
Awhile ago, we heard about something called the Chick-Fil-A diet. I laughed it off and couldn't think that would actually work. Wouldn't you know, someone from Texas would prove me wrong. Alton Ward a former Texas A and M student, who now lives in Denver, Colorado did the diet. He lost a tremendous amount of weight.
Just around 140 pounds. Congratulations man, that's a huge accomplishment and he said it's thanks to the Chick-Fil-A diet. When he was going to Texas A and M, they had a Chick-Fil-A on campus.
Ward explains he would go there for several meals each week. On hot days he’d go with the grilled chicken wrap, and on colder days he would order soup. He also opted for several salads with a small side of ranch dressing.
He said that diet, along with a dedicated workout schedule, helped him lose the weight and keep it off. 140 pounds is quite impressive and I hope this urges more people to get in shape.
